What Do We Offer?

Wilderness Property Management provides customized services to meet your specific needs and objectives.

The initial discussion with you, the property owner, will be to discover your ideas and your visions for your property, and how Wilderness Property Management can assist you in achieving your goals.

There is a difference between a hole through the woods and a quality trail that makes your outdoor experience truly enjoyable. Through many years of professional experience and a lifetime of backcountry recreation, we can speak to just how enjoyable having a quality trail is.

We  design and construct quality ski trails, mountain bike trails, hiking paths and rustic bridges that are unique to your environment. Our trails are created in a manner that allows you to enjoy your surroundings, a flowing ride on your bike  and the glide of your skis. All  trails  are designed and built to be environmentally sound and sustainable.

Each bridge will have a distinct rustic expression and be custom crafted to the site and purpose it serves. Your location can be roadside or miles from the road on the interior of the largest property.

Wilderness Property Management will develop customized management strategies to protect and enhance the wilderness character of your property.

Utilizing experience from:
  •  hundreds of search and rescue missions in the Adirondack Mountains
  • supervising wild land fire suppression efforts in 7 states
  • extensive emergency incident training
This experience makes Wilderness Property Management Inc. uniquely qualified to provide  sound risk assessments for you or your business.
